My name is Lauraine Lafferty - 57 yrs old. I consider myself to be a trusted & very loyal individual, always ready to give off my time to support & help anyone in need at any time. I have been blessed with 3 beautiful children & 3 beautiful grand children. I am an independent single woman who has taken many years to ensure my children have been given the very best in life & many opportunities & I now see it has all paid off.My career path has always been in sales & marketing. As I love people & enjoy networking & selling & also like to achievew an end result of happy customers. My line of work in the past was with various banking & financial organizations (28 years). My goal was to run & manage my own branch, which I achieved (1990-1993). In 1993 I got involved with Home Loans in the Bank & thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with clients & then decided to follow that path in my career. To achieve my goals, I did various in house training & assignments to qualify for Home loan management. I completed the Home Loan management course & the EAAB exam. To improve my negotiation skills, I did in-house training on spin & negotiation. I then saw corporate clients & educated the first time home owners on all the requirements for buying a home. I dealt with the shop Stewards & Human Resource Management. I also dealt with various clients in switching bonds from other banking institutions to the bank I was working for. In 2001 I decided I decided I needed a change in career, so I joined RE/MAX - Dbn North (Gold Certificate) & have never looked back. I have been using all my banking skills to educate potential buyers & sellers on property transactions, obtaining Sole Mandates, attending to all subsequent administration functions, telesales, cold calling & other forms of canvassing. In 2008 I completed my NQF4. I have been a property consultant for 10 years. This is a perfect career for me. I am nery passionate in what I do. I believe in customer service.
